CATERING SUPERVISOR
£9.30 per hour

Saturdays & Sundays - 10.00 - 15.00
The main duties include the preparation, cooking and presentation of food in a busy tearoom. You would be respnsible for maintaining health & safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen and servery. Experience in a simular environment would be an advantage. A qualification in Food Safety would be essential. Supervision of a small number of staff would be necessary at times. Successful applicants are required to provide an enhanced disclosure. Disclosure expense will be met by employer.
